LA ZONA
Poble Espanyol opens the doors to LA ZONA, its most disturbing horror experience.
On October 17, 24, and 31, 2025, part of Poble Espanyol will be transformed into a setting of pure terror with the inauguration of LA ZONA.
During these three nights, a large area of the venue will be plunged into darkness and closed to the general public. Only through an old abandoned door (located behind the venue) will it be possible to access this space… for those willing to cross the threshold of the forbidden area. There, an immersive horror experience awaits you, where every step is a challenge and the only goal will be to make it out… alive.
Dare to enter the more than 4,000 m² route where adrenaline will be fueled by over 30 characters who will turn the walk… into a true nightmare.
To access LA ZONA, it is necessary to purchase a special ticket that includes entry to the route (not entry to Poble Espanyol). At the end of the experience, survivors will be able to enjoy the Poble Espanyol grounds, as well as a space with music, a bar, food, and games — perfect for relaxing, sharing stories, and having a good time.
*Recommended for ages 14 and up

Accompanied by the artisan Amparo Valencia, you will learn how to make beautiful silver earrings and personalise them to your taste, creating your own shape and design for engraving.
You will learn how to solder, saw, polish and engrave with Amparo.

Accompanied by craftswoman Lourdes Perelló you will become a craftsman or craftswoman for a day, more specifically textile experts.

A photographic journey

Don't miss the exhibition "A photographic journey. The construction of Poble Espanyol" about the enclosure's origin and construction process. Delve into the journeys undertaken between 1927 and 1928 by the architects Ramón Reventós and Francesc Folguera, the draughtsman Xavier Nogués and the painter Miquel Utrillo, to collect the information and get the inspiration needed to turn the project into a reality that had to be demolished.
Sculpture in large format

Surprising and versatile. That’s the Guinovart Space, a circular building presided over by a giant sculpture of the renowned artist Josep Guinovart. Made up of different floors and with natural light that enters from a large skylight, it’s a fantastic location for aperitifs, cocktails and exhibitions.

The Fran Daurel Contemporary Art Foundation was inaugurated in Poble Espanyol in December 2001.
