Scent tour of Spain

In celebration of the Barcelona Olfaction Week (BOW) 2026 and coinciding with Barcelona's designation as the World Capital of Architecture, Poble Espanyol invites you to a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. In partnership with the renowned fragrance house Iberchem, we have mapped out the country with 8 exclusive scents designed to capture the essence of Spain’s diverse regions.

Stroll through our historic streets and squares and let your nose lead the way—from the crisp, misty air of the North to the sun-drenched orange blossoms of the South. This aromatic voyage takes on a special meaning in our Plaza Mayor, the actual filming location for the iconic final scene of the movie Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (2005).

BARTS Festival – Gipsy Kings + Los Manolos

On one hand, the Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolás Reyes, global ambassadors of flamenco rumba and gypsy pop, responsible for worldwide hits like Bamboleo and Djobi Djoba. On the other, Los Manolos, the band that brought Catalan rumba to the heart of the world during the '92 Olympics. Two sister styles, one shared philosophy: the "ventilador" rhythm, pulsing guitars, and the ability to make any audience dance. A night of rhythm where the traditions of the Terres de l'Ebre embrace the spirit of Gràcia and Hostafrancs.
