BARTS Festival – Babasonicos + Silvestre y La Naranja

A double bill to revisit the past, present, and future of Rioplatense pop-rock with two back-to-back landmark performances. Babasónicos, led by Adrián Dárgelos, have spent three decades breaking the mold with their psychedelic, electronic, and elegantly decadent sound. They are the ultimate survivors of the Argentine alternative scene, always capable of reinventing themselves, as shown in their recent project Cuerpos.

The same evening will also feature Silvestre y La Naranja, one of the freshest and most promising bands on the new indie scene. With a sound that flirts with melodic pop, funk, and soul, the Buenos Aires quartet provides the warmth and groove needed to complete a night of high creative voltage.
