Maluenda (Maluenda, Zaragoza)
Maluenda is a town in the province of Calatayud, Zaragoza, on the banks of the Jiloca river.
Little is know about the origins of the village, but there is evidence that there was a settlement in the Bronze Age, where the remains of walls and other buildings can still be seen.
In terms of architectural heritage, the town has a large number of monuments worth visiting: the castle, the parish church of Santa María, the church of Santa Justa y Rufina, the church of San Miguel and several hermitages (among others).
