The Romanesque Monastery of Sant Miquel (Baix empordà, Girona)
The neo-Romanesque Monastery of Sant Miquel combines different elements taken from other Catalan monasteries from the 11th and 12th centuries.
The floor plan is similar to the Latin cross of the monastery of Sant Sebastià de Montmajor, the bell tower is a reproduction of the one in Sant Genís de Taradell, the doorway is similar to that in Santa Maria de Porqueres and the cloister is inspired by the cloister of Sant Benet de Bages.
