Palacio de los Golfines de abajo (Cáceres, Extremadura)
Palacio de los Golfines de Abajo, declared a World Heritage Site, is located within the monumental enclosure of the city of Cáceres.
There are two palaces, the Upper one and the Lower one. In this case, the Lower one was commissioned at the end of the 15th century by the Golfín family, one of Extremadura's most powerful noble families.
The palace door is one of the province's most beautiful Plateresque façades.
