Upcoming concerts in Barcelona

From 29 July, summer Fridays at Poble Espanyol will, for the first time, be the territory of opera. P!ÓPERA Picnic&Ópera is the title of this new cycle that will host different shows with several elements in common: excerpts from the best-known operas performed by professional singers and piano accompaniment (by the Petita Companyia Lírica de Barcelona),
a pleasant atmosphere in which the setting and the surroundings will also be the protagonists, and the option of watching the show in chairs or on the floor, on cushions and plaids.
The experience will be completed with the possibility of enjoying, before or after the show, a dinner served in a picnic basket, which will include a careful selection of fresh, local products.

Concerts this weekend

The family cycle Rock&Kids is back, concerts adapted to the ears and needs of the little ones by renowned tribute bands that will make children and adults sing and dance and that will transport mothers, fathers and even grandparents through the greatest hits of national and international rock bands: Fito&Fitipaldis (Fitos y el fitipaldi), The Beatles (The Beatboys), Scorpions (Escorpiones) and Loquillo (TR3ESEFES). Rock&Kids will take place on 16 and 30 July, 13 and 27 August. This weekend’s Beatles tribute concert (30 July) will feature Iaia Rockera, a fun character who will encourage families to sing and dance to the great songs by the legendary Liverpool band.
